Ceremonial matcha
THE GESTURE: YOUNG LEAVES SELECTED, STONE-GROUND
Ingredient: 100% matcha green tea, ceremonial grade
A matcha made only from young leaves, picked from the very top of the tea plant. They are the most tender: they give a jade green, a fine foam and a vegetal taste, softer than other matchas. It can be drunk as is, simply whisked with water.
